How does the customer survey work?
- Each option is a unique link, and whenever any recipient clicks on any one of the available options a “Click Alert Notification Email” will be send to the sender that contains the email address of the recipient & the name of the option/link that was clicked.
- The link the recipients click on can either re-direct to the senders website, or alternatively it can be routed to a dedicated landing page with fields that the recipient can complete which will assist the sender in better managing his customer responses.
- The "Click Alert Notification” can be directed to each sender individually or routed to a single email address from where it can be managed and distributed for follow-up. Participant data will also be accessible in CSV format for the sender.
